Key Job Roles
1. Plan the Annual Action Plan & Budget for the department.
2. Lead all dakwah and community engagement programmes.
3. Submission of management reports to Mosque Management Board and other stakeholders.
4. Lead and motivate staff of the department in achieving desired outcomes.
5. Conduct performance appraisals of all staff for the department.
6. Conduct religious classes and services including Khatib/Imam for Daily, Friday and Festive Prayers.
7. Oversee the recruitment and management of all teachers and speakers for all dakwah programmes and services.
8. Lead and manages projects for the mosque.
**Requirements**:
1. Degree in Islamic Studies or similar
2. ARS Tier 1 certification
3. At least 5 years of related working experience with 3 years in management or supervisory role
4. Proven leadership and people management skills
5. Good IT skills
