CREA helps big brands e.g. Vans, Timberland, L’Oréal, Clarins, The Body Shop, Blackmores etc. in their store operations, performance marketing, and order fulfillment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with Key Account manager in preparing joint business plans
- Planning and driving weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews of performance against targets
- Advising your brands on go to market strategy for new product ranges
- Supporting in planning promotional campaigns
- Prepare and upload product listings with content and images for online marketplaces
- Liaise with graphic designers for the production of store and promotional banners
- Support Key Account Manager in managing daily engagement with assigned brands e.g. price competitiveness, assortment, and stock availability
- Working with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues impacting brand performance on all platforms (operations, fulfilment services, marketing, finance etc.)
- Specialist supporting in: Seller Picks, Banner upload, Store Ops mgmt., SIS Changes and Voucher Creation for all our brands in seller centers

**Requirements**:

- Logical, analytical, data driven mindset and detail oriented
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience, preferably in either e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, retail industry or FMCG/Beauty/Fashion industry is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Experience with e-commerce or to FMCG/Fashion background will be considered a plus
