**Job descriptions**

1. Work closely with the Warehouse & Production Manager in leading and motivating a small team of 5-6 members to efficiently carry out daily operations to:

- manage unloading/unpacking of incoming shipments [proper handling and storing of stocks];
- timely reporting of irregularities encountered to management;
- manage warehouse inventory (cycle count) and accountability (periodic stock take);
- coordinate/work well with various parties within the organization;
- ensure compliance with workplace safety/warehouse procedures and maintain work environment cleanliness;
- strengthen team building for staff strength stability.

2. Capable of multitasking and readily:

- take charge of small-scale filling of skin-care products;
- involve in the delivery and distribution of products;
- take on any responsibility as assigned by superior(s) from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum N/O level and above.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Warehouse Executive.
- Familiarity with shipping matters an advantage.
- Knowledge of small-scale filling of skincare products an advantage.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in best practices for warehouse management (includes stock receipt and issue, space optimization/classification/tracking, expiry monitoring, etc.) an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP an added advantage
- Good team player and result-driven.
