**Job Description**:
**Our Client**:
Our client is an international player in the warehousing and logistics space, and they are looking for a Finance Manager to support their local Finance team. This is a high visibility role with exposure to key stakeholders across Singapore, APAC and Global.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Oversee full spectrum of the accounting, financial and treasury functions for Singapore entities, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing and submissions of the financial reporting pack to the APAC office
- Develop strong domain knowledge of business to play an active role as a business partner, provide financial insights and advice to the business and Senior Management
- Provide reporting and analysis to steer business performance and cost management
- Lead initiatives to review and streamline financial controls and processes, ensuring effectiveness and good corporate governance
- Participate actively and coordinate business/users' requirements for ERP implementation & improvements

**The Requirements**:

- Proven leadership skills and excellent team player who is energetic, meets deadlines, and works well under pressure
- Courage to propose solutions and ensure follow-through on the execution
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
- Proven ability to work on cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with native Mandarin-speaking counterparts
- Good knowledge of the international accounting and tax standards
- Minimum 8 years post qualification experience in Finance department of a multinational company
- Degree holder from a local or an internationally recognized University with majors in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business Administration
- Experience with M&A projects
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent ERP system is an added advantage
