Since October 2011, **Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (**THK**MC)** was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.

**THK**MC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the **elderly and the sick**, **families**, **persons with disabilities**, and **children. **We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

DESIGNATION : Senior Exec / Assistant Manager (Human Resource)

RESPONSIBILITIES

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Partner Division Director and Programme Leads on divisional design, sustainable business model, change management, succession planning, workforce development and employee retention
- Engage external healthcare agencies on sector / divisional matters
- Partnership with HQ
- **Employee Engagement**:

- Cultivate employee engagement through positive employer-employee relationship
- Shaping employee-oriented culture with the emphasis on service quality, continuous improvement and high performance
- **Learning & Growth**:

- Coach managers in communication and people management skills
- Customise and coordinate division training programs
- Administration of training enrolment, grants and records
- Manage annual performance appraisal exercise
- **Manpower**:

- Manpower planning, budget and costing etc
- Craft and maintain job descriptions for all roles
- **HR Operations**:

- Lead a team in delivering HR services:

- Ensure timely payroll submission
- Administer leave and benefits records
- Manage employee life cycle events

QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 - 5 years relevant work experience in HR management
- Able to work independently, handle confidential information in a professional manner, yet a team player in meeting business needs
