Proficiency in editing is essential, while expertise in motion graphics and animation is highly advantageous. **Responsibilities & Expectations**:

- Plan, and execute video projects, including pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
- Capture high-quality footage and images, ensuring proper framing, composition, and lighting techniques.
- Review and curate raw footage to construct compelling narratives.
- Develop engaging sequences with precision, incorporating pacing, color correction, sound design, transitions, and effects.
- Utilize desktop video editing software to meet project briefs within set timelines.
- Maintain an organized editing timeline to ensure efficiency across projects.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to realize project visions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques for delivering cutting-edge video content.

**Requirements**:

- Individuals with up to 3 years of experience are preferred, but recent graduates proficient in editing are also welcome)
- Singaporeans only
- Proven work experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Davinci Resolve, etc.
- Ability to animate and work with motion graphics preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
- Demonstrated creativity and passion for film and video editing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.

**Additional Information**:

- Basic knowledge of operating cameras, audio, and lighting equipment is a plus.
- Strong ability to work independently and produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-organized and self-starting, capable of managing multiple projects.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new concepts.
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility in a hybrid work environment to accommodate remote and in-office arrangements.
- Ability to manage projects and deliverables punctually.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,800.00 per month
