The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for developing relationships with strategic accounts customers and identifying new volume opportunities within those companies. This involves strategy sessions with the Enterprise Account Managers and networking with decision makers to reveal additional sources of revenue utilizing UPS’s portfolio of products and services. He/She addresses operation disconnects and systemic service issues and updates reports to inform management of sales progress. The Enterprise Account Executive will address basic service or billing-related issues in order to focus on securing additional business opportunity within their customer base.
**Responsibilities**
- Execute business plans sales and revenue goals by developing sales strategies and building exciting customer solutions
- Identifying and developing new Freight Forwarding sales opportunities within assigned Enterprise accounts
- Maintain a book of business and manage contract renewals, ensuring that it is in compliance.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with senior decision-makers within clients’ and UPS organizations.
- Close collaboration with operations, brokerage, solutions and regional team to ensure accounts’ SOPs and KPIs are adhered to
- SG Country’s key point of contact for all internal and external queries/requests and escalations
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business or other related fields
- Minimum 2 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in the logistics industry
- Self-motivated, independent, passionate individual who thrives in fast paced, client-facing environment.
- Ability to work well with people across all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers
- Good presentation skills, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Passionate and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
