Singapore REAL ESTATE ANALYTICS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Drive and lead data science related products
- Develop and manage streaming data pipelines at enterprise scale.
- Design and build new framework and automation tools to enable teams to consume and understand data faster
- Build, validate, test, and deploy models and algorithms.
- Developing short and long-term data strategy plans

**Key skills & qualifications required**:

- MS or PhD in a quantitative discipline: Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, Economics, etc.
- Deep technical and data science expertise, including experience in the following: linear regression, time series, supervised machine learning, design of experiments, segmentation/clustering, text mining, network analysis, optimization, simulation
- Strong knowledge in Python and SQL
- Experience with Big Data (Spark, Hadoop/Hive) and real-time analytics

**Personal Competencies**:

- The position requires considerable self-direction and is best suited for adaptable and articulate individuals
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Creative thinking backed by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and proactive. Willing to learn new knowledge and explore unfamiliar domains
- Preferably with a minimum of 3 years data-science related work experience
