**Job Description Summary**: Act as Sourcing Commodity and Initiative leader for repair sourcing. Focus on negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies and drive for best result on material cost for repair. Special for these common material and service across repair network. Drive Initiatives and improve repair sourcing capability and capacity through Lean tools, solve key challenges in the network and support repair business growth. **Roles and Responsibilities** Work with repair shop sourcing leaders, define negotiation plan on repair non-globalized commodity and implement the negotiation to achieve the business cost out target. Own the supplier relationship with global common vendors. - Lead projects to develop BCC vendors and build more cost effective supplier base to support repair business fulfillment and growth. Drive better cost and better leadtime. - Work with repair sourcing leader and shop sourcing team to drive the improvement of operations process and tools. For example SouceGate, GTCC-STC, QDIP and RFQ tools. - Work with HA operation team to develop supplier base and supply chain flow for HA repair in repair Network. - Own material PCO initiative for repair business and work with productivity team on material PCO reduction. - Support and drive other initiatives defined by leaders. **Required Qualifications** - 10+ years sourcing and manufactory experience - Strong Knowledge on sourcing process and tools - Strong influencing skills with ability to see issues from multiple viewpoints; have "presence" - Proven examples of delivering step function performance improvement while managing risk - Demonstrated flexibility to response to changes in the external and internal environments - Proven track record in great negotiation result and achievement in the - Proven skill on spend analysis, should cost, e-auction **Desired Characteristics** - Power and Aviation related industry experience - MRO shop experience - Lean and Six Sigma certification - Project management experience - Fast pace and result driven **Additional Information**:** Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
