**Position :Spares Parts Sales Coordinator (SAP)**: - **Location : Bukit Batok**: - **Working hours : 5 Days/ (Mon - Fri, 8:30am-6:00pm)**: - **Salary(commensurate depending on experience) : Up to $3700 + AWS + Bonus + 14 AL+ Wellness benefit : Extra 2 days AL & $200 incentives if eligible.**: - **Duration : Perm**: - **Industry : Marine Navigation system -MNC** **Main Responsibilities** - Managing and interpreting customer requirements through communicating with customers on enquiries and quotations for company product and OEM products. - Administering client and service partner accounts. - Liaise and coordinate with other department on delivery schedule, technical clarification on request parts and purchasing of parts from factory. - Liaise and coordinate with external suppliers for OEM product. - Warranty administration - Process and monitor documentations such as down payment invoices - Create sales order, credit & debit memo and CN Authorisation form.S - Submission of invoices and credit/debit document to customers. **Requirements**: - At least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, - Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent. - Proficiency in SAP SD Module will be an added advantage - Knowledge of Incoterms - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support/Sales admin. Spare parts and customer service management or other related fields are preferred.
