We are recruiting for Warehouse Coordinator who will support the Warehouse Supervisor in the full spectrum of warehouse activities. The individual works independently with dedication and has a sense of urgency to meet deadlines. The individual also adopts a service excellence mindset and is passionate about addressing organizational and customers' needs and issues.

**Your Main Job Responsibilities**:

- Promptly handle customer enquiries
- Perform administrative support for order fulfilment and deliveries
- Data entry and order processing
- Update Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Ensure compliance with customers’ Standard Operating Procedures
- Coordinate with import and export operations, to ensure accuracy in documentations and invoicing
- Filing of all incoming documents
- Conduct cycle count, annual stock take
- Assist the supervisor in the issuance of delivery notes and ensure proper documentations and record
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as and when assigned

**Your Professional Background**:

- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year's warehousing-related experience
- Possess forklift licence is an added advantage
- Good team player and independent worker who requires mínimal supervision
- Self-confident and self-motivated
- Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
- Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with customers
