The detailed job description regarding the Director at Cabin Attendant Division is as follows.
- Responsible for all aspects of the management of Singaporean, Japanese and international cabin attendants including recruitment, daily direction & supervision and yearly performance evaluation.
- Obtaining consensus regarding the management and operation policies with the cabin attendant division of the group headquarter in Tokyo in a timely manner.
- Formulation of strategic and long-term plans for the continuous enhancement of the crew’s performance in the areas of customer service and conformity of discipline.
- Reporting significant issues and improvements to Senior Regional Manager and group headquarter in Tokyo.
- Design and development of the in-flight catering both on the variety and quality as well as product quality control.
**[Job Requirements]
- Having a working experience as a cabin attendant or a training instructor cabin attendants for at least 20 years.
- Having a management experience in Aviation industry for more than 10 years.
- Profound knowledge and understanding in Aviation industry especially in Japan and Singapore.
- Japanese language skill of at least JPLT N1 Level in order to be able to comprehend Japanese Aviation Law and discuss the policies and plans with the cabin attendant division of the group headquarter on a day-to-day basis.
- Strong presentational and communicational skills in English to give clear instructions to cabin crews.
