Ability to handle and manage day to day operations of coffeeshop. Settling of staff scheduling and offdays. Recording of daily sales, subtotal, and closure of coffeeshop. Training of staff to ensure that standard operating procedures are adhere to. Would be good if able to speak english and mandarin.
