Job Responsibilities:
- Implement learning interventions/programmes across functional domains and levels
- Develop e-Learning training materials
- Develop interactive/digital training content and resources
- Execute training functions and activities
- Establish instructional material templates
- Measure, study and present data on learning effectiveness
- Training administrative duties are included
- Conduct trainings to share your knowledge/skills or a new topic
- Develop training curriculum, courseware and assessment material
- Perform training management duties
- Conduct reviews of courseware for continuous improvement
- Maintain and track training records and reports (e.g. Leaners’ attendance, trainers’ schedule etc.)
- Maintain and track skills acquisition and development of Adult Educators (e.g. certifications, courses to attend & Annual Appraisal)
- Support the department’s initiatives in shaping the hospital’s patient experience
**Requirements**:
- Degree in any relevant discipline with 2 years of relevant working experience.
- A self-starter with keen interest in education technology.
- Demonstrate creativity in developing and implementing learning programmes.
Note: You will be required to share samples of e-Learning storyboards / Scripts / Multimedia products (e.g. videos) and designs (e.g. poster, information sheets) during the interview.
