**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day to day office operations timely and efficiently.
- Perform general administrative & clerical duties.
- Work closely and maintain cordial relationships with various departments.
- Responsible in preparing invoices, delivery orders, follow-up shipping date and coordinate with sales to ensure timely delivery.
- Support e-commerce marketplaces.
- To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned.
