Foreman

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Ensure and manage the bulldozers are in safe and operational condition in all time.

2. Instruct his mechanics to carry out Inspecting machine, engines, transmissions etc and run diagnostic test to discover functionality issues.

3. Report any abnormalities of the bulldozers to the site executive/site supervisor if the problem cannot be solved and becoming more serious.

4. Perform repair works if there is equipment functioning problem together with his mechanics.

5. Inform and advise the management for major repairs or maintenance required.

6. Work in adherence to safe practices, procedures, work site condition.

7. Perform routine maintenance on machinery parts and inspect machines for any faulty parts.

8. To wear proper PPE while repairing the bulldozers.

9. Regularly instruct his mechanics to clean the bulldozers, maintenance tools and equipment to preserve its quality and functionality.

10. Commit to the overall safety of the work environment by always taking extra precautions to work with the utmost care and consideration.

11. Perform other duties, as and when assigned by Site executive/supervisor.

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCES**:
1. Able to work safely and skilfully in quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve machine problems.

2. Physically and mentally fit and have solid knowledge of technical tools.

3. Workplace safety practices.

4. Must have physical ability to stand for hot and dangerous work environment.

5. Manage to handle emergency situations, work pressure and stress.

6. Can work independently with minimum supervision.

7. Ability to communicate and interact both verbally and written.

8. Ability to works in teams.

9. Ability to work in uncomfortable, physically demanding positions.
