Job Description:

- Review purchase and material requisition, and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers / vendors to get quotation.
- Responsible for company vehicle road tax, COE, Insurance policies and etc.
- Perform all general administrative tasks.
- Able to multitask and handle ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirement:

- No working experience required
- Minimum Educational level: 'O' Level
- Pleasant disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
