Roles & Responsibilities
- To offer clients customised solutions created with products that PIAS carries
- To provide clients advice in investments through the access to a majority of managed funds available in Singapore
- Ensure consistent achievement of BSC score above the company’s mínimal benchmark.
- Ensure the individual CPD hour requirement is met.
- Ensure that businesses are operating consistently with the Company’s guidelines, processes and procedures any other directives issued by the Company or regulator from time to time.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
- Maintain ability to produce, with or without notice, any required Client documentation and/or record on work done in area of sales management for audit verification by the Company, its auditors and/or regulators;
- Develop, build and maintain strong relationship with corresponding all relevant internal stakeholders of the company.
- Ensure the consistency and maintenance of quality customer service to your clients and prospects at all times.
- Conduct business dealing in a professional manner that will upkeep the reputation and service standards of the company.
- Basic Degree or equivalent professional qualifications
- Prior relevant experience in the FAA / Insurance industry will be advantageous
- Necessary to acquire professional certificates include CMFAS M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI, BCP, PGI and CGI in Singapore
- Practices good business ethics and compliance awareness
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
- Self-confidence and personal initiative
