**Job Description**:
**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE**
- Responsible for constructing models & texture of various environment assets.
- Creating benchmark architectural and environment assets of AAA visual and technical quality, in line with the artistic direction for the game
- Collaborate closely with designers, tech artists and your team’s project manager to ensure assets are gameplay compliant, within technical budgets and delivered on time.
- Verify the quality of the models once they have been imported into the game and carry out any necessary improvements;
- Document processes and information on owned topics that might give visibility to and assist your team in production.
- Mentor and assist more Junior artists when required.

**Qualifications**:
**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Experience, interest and a keen eye for how architectural assets are created in real-time rendering environments. An architecture 3D Specialist or Interest
- Technical proficiency and experience working with 3D asset creation pipelines. Taking an asset through established levels of quality and integrating it within the engine and world.
- Experience working with modular architectural elements. Creating asset sets that can be reconfigured to produce multiple variations.
- Proficiency working with PBR materials and shaders within the Substance package is a bonus.
- Experience and interest in working on AAA games is preferred.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to mentor and train team members, sharing processes or skills

- 3DSMax (Any version, but newer is better)
- ZBrush
- Photoshop
- Substance Package (Painter &/or Designer)
- Blender (Nice to have)
- Game Engine (Unreal Engine 5, Unity, etc)
