The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Corporate Audit Area Leader for APAC, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

- Leading the APAC Audit organization with team members located across various countries
- Partnering with Area business and functional leaders to identify and mitigate risk
- Developing audit priorities and the annual audit plan
- Monitoring completion of and making necessary adjustments to the area audit plan
- Working in project-driven environment to support multiple concurrent complex audits
- Becoming a member of the Corporate Audit Operating Committee

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
- Extensive experience working in a Finance or Accounting role
- Prior internal or external audit experience

Additional skills that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Relevant Accounting or Audit professional certifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, catered to a wide variety of audiences
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent consulting, influence, and negotiation skills

Travel: May include up to 20% international
