Are you a creative and strategic marketer with a passion for driving business growth? We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join the team here at Performance Motors and play a key role in developing and executing innovative marketing and retail campaigns for BMW.

**Job Description
**1. Develop and Implement Creative Retail Campaigns**:Create and execute innovative retail communications to drive interest generation and sales. You will also need to have the skill sets to evaluate and plan media channels to ensure maximum reach at mínimal cost for all campaigns.

**3. Event Planning**:Organize and support on events conceptualisation, planning, budgeting and execution including new car previews, launches, retail showcases and engagement events. You will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences so come prepared.

**4. Marketing Services **:Ensure consistent messaging and adherence to the BMW and Sime Darby corporate identity (CI) across all communications materials and showroom / service centers. You will also be responsible for administrative matters for the department.

**Job Requirements
Education / Professional Qualification
- Minimum a degree in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent

**Professional Experience**
- Minimum 2-3 Years in Marketing, for a luxury brand preferred
- Digital Marketing skills and experience is required
- Foundation CRM experience is ideal
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Must be a team player as lots of interaction and coordination amongst various stakeholders are expected.
