**Client**: A1 Main Contractor
**Location**: West Area.
**Working Hrs**: 5 days work week.
**Salary**:$5.K - $6.K Negotiable, Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability

**Remuneration**: 14days annual leave with Year end bonus + VB based on performance.

**Job Requirement**
- Ø Only Those **Who Do Not**required any work pass. (Thank You)
- Diploma / Professional Degree, CIVIL, Quantity Survey Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 5 yrs of Singapore working experience with A1 Main Contractor in Construction industry.
- Must have experience in handling main contract Variation Order claim and final account related works.
- Have experience in handling Subcontractors and cost reporting.
- Maintaining proper documentation, log and registration of correspondence from contract award to job completion, and ensure all potential claims are lodged to the client timely;
- Project change management: maintain a base of document, track changes, collect evidence to support claim; ensure claim date are up-to-date and comprehensive, and prepare subsequent VO claim submission;
- Prepare progressive claims and potential variation claims;
- Quantity measurement;
- Prepare RFQ package and source supplier and subcontractors;
- Review and compare quotations received, including clarifications correspondences;
- Highlight difference and commercial risks;
- Prepare agreements by using given template;
- Review subcontractor/supplier’s claim and prepare payment response;
- Maintain proper record of project costs;
- Ensure proper closing-out of subcontracts/supply agreement;
- Support in project account finalization, Handled Cost Reporting
- Other quantity surveying duties assigned
