We are seeking a talented individual to join our Bowring Marsh Asia broking team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

**We will count on you to**:

- Manage program design and syndication of placement transactions.
- Negotiate placements and manage transaction processes to ensure competitive wholesale insurance products are delivered.
- Identify new placement and product opportunities in regional markets, assisting in the development of new clients and retention of existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, ensuring service and performance meet Marsh standards.
- Coordinate workload within the assigned area to ensure effective operations and provide input on team performance.

**What you need to have**:

- Proven experience in insurance broking or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in transaction management.
- Fluency in Mandarin to facilitate communication with retail offices in North Asia.
