In this position, you will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals while utilising state-of-the-art techniques and equipment. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking as required to achieve optimal results.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards prior to delivery.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean, organised, and safe manner, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to effectively manage workflow and resolve any issues that may arise during the painting process.
- Stay updated on the latest techniques, materials, and regulations within the industry to continuously improve skills and practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a spray painter, preferably in the aerospace or automotive industries.
- Comprehensive knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Certifications related to painting and coating technologies are preferred but not mandatory.
