**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute integrated corporate communications strategies to enhance the company’s reputation

**Media communications**
- Craft communications materials including news releases, Q&As, speeches, talking points, factsheets, year-in-review features and thought leadership articles
- Identify media opportunities, pitch media stories, organise media briefings and manage media requests
- Manage communications for incidents, issues and crises
- Monitor coverage of the company and key industry developments across print, online, broadcast and social media platforms, as well as track the performance of media communications efforts
- Update content on communications channels such as the corporate website
- Work with overseas colleagues to manage communication activities, as required

**Branding communications**
- Provide strategic input and direction for the corporate brand, including working with in-house designer and/or vendors to develop style guides, templates, videos and other materials
- Organise branding campaigns with the company’s vision, mission, and objectives in mind; and advise internal and external stakeholders on matters relevant to the brand
- Organise corporate events that enhance the company’s image, including liaison with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth execution of events

**Social media management**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from an established university. Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or Arts preferred
- At least 8 years of relevant Corporate Communications experience, preferably in a regional/global communications role
- Strategic mindset to lead, manage and execute projects
- Growth mindset with willingness to acquire relevant skills to excel in a digital-first communications environment
- Experience in crafting compelling thought leadership content and securing media coverage is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English. Strong command of Mandarin is an advantage
- Established relationships with the media and has track record in garnering positive coverage in key media
- Experienced in procurement, event planning and vendor relationships
- Experienced in managing social media accounts and able to analyse and improve the performance of communications efforts on social media
- Has strong sense of aesthetics and copywriting skills, and is able to create engaging content across multimedia channels such as videos and podcasts
- Results-driven, independent, enthusiastic, committed and able to work under tight deadlines
