**Quantity Surveyor**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Industry/ Organization Type: Signage Construction Industry
- Working Location: East, Loyang
- Working Hours: Alternate Saturday
- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Timely submission of claims to main contractors and clients
- Prepare monthly claim summary and cash flow reports.
- Prepare bill of quantities from drawings for tender submission and pricing schedules
- Source for supplier quotation, prepare quotation for tender submission.
- Create Bills of Quantities (BQs) and pricing schedules.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in preparation of bill of quantities and claim submission
- At least 2 years working experience in Singapore is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills, independent and good attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
