**業務内容**
- Duties and responsibilities:
- To manage daily operation of treasury products and operating process within the specific timeframe to ensure accurate and punctual delivery of products and services.
- To manage human resource planning and functions within the specific scope to ensure the productivity, goals and objectives of the division.
- To ensure compliance with MAS, HQ as well as the policies and regulations of the local branch office.
- To lead project in system implementation, review processes and procedures, devise process improvement to polish SOP accordingly.
- To liaise with various business unit, internal & external auditors, regulators, and sections and divisions for smooth operational tasks.
- To manage day-to-day accounting policies and accounting treatment as well as IT system used for Treasury settlements.
- To nurture a good amicable relationship within the team.
- Any other tasks (such as ad-hoc duties and projects) that may be assigned by the superior

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in payments operations or treasury back-office operation is required in banks of financial institutions.
- Familiar with MEPS+, SWIFT and/or other payment message standard, Refinitive TREP/RTDS and Post Trade system (Eikon, Deal Tracker, etc).
- Knowledge of Bloomberg, Macros and/ or Monarch, basic operation of Linux (CLI), basic knowledge of IP networking.
- Good team player yet independent, analytical, self-motivated and multi-task oriented.
- Ability to perform within a high volume, fast pace, high risk environment and deliver within a tight timeframe under pressure.
- Require effective communication with any sources internally and externally.
- Able to work on rotational basis on Singapore Public Holiday and weekend if required.
