**JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
- Monitor and inspect construction to ensure compliance with design documents
- Manage a team and work closely with consultant, sub-contractor and main con
- Lead in the investigation/troubleshoot of civil works fault or failure and provide effective and variable corrective and preventive action.
- Prepare documentation pertaining to procedures, qualities and safety of maintenance work with appropriate Risk Assessment and comply with BCA requirements.
- Coordinate relevant stakeholder to ensure smooth completion of project
- To manage, control and monitor of daily project works, instructions and progress.
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations.
- Supervision of construction works and handle coordination works at sites and to ensure targeted completion dates are met
- Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors on the project related matters
- Monitoring resources on site and ensuring that sufficiency, availability and performance are aligned with the schedule.
- Ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations
- Any other ad-hoc duties being assigned by your Superior

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years working experience in civil construction project in Singapore
- Experience in supervising piling construction and steel structure erection works
- Able to plan and coordinate site construction activities, liaise with subcontractors
- Coretrade Supervisor (Structural) holder is a plus
- Possess good computer skills in Microsoft Words, Excels etc.
- Able to work independently and be a team player
- Willing to work in any part of Singapore and Jurong Island
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours and Sunday/PH
