- **Facilitate the implementation to enhance the clients’ business functionality**:

- **Understand and Gain knowledge about the business process**:

- **Design and document business flows as per predefined templates and prepare detailed blueprint**:

- **Mapping and Identify Business process Gaps with respect to SAP processes**:

- **Configuring business processes in SAP, preparing Functional designs**:

- **Prepare specifications and collaborate with technical team to get the developments**:

- **Prepare test scripts for testing the configured scenarios**:

- **Actively participate/assist and resolve issues arising during Integration testing and User acceptance test**:

- **Prepare End user manual and conduct training to key users on the functionality deployed**:

- **Work on Engagement without any region barrier in a multi-vendor and multi-geography environment for ECC & its satellite systems**:

- **Should be able to work with SAP Product Support group to get solution in case of OEM issues**:

- **Publish status of the activities completed, any issues/abnormalities with their severity to bring to notice of concerned stake holder**:

- **Act as a liaison and Coordinate with technical, infra team**:

- **Provide services which can help Customer to address efficiency challenges. Help to prepare Customers existing landscape for further improvements. Implement and Realize improvements. Identify use cases which can be automated to benefit for client and optimize operational cost**:

- **Achieve client expected business results**:

- **Worked extensively with SAP MOSAIC Profiler to understand AS-IS state of SAP instances for configuration**:

- **Worked extensively with Data Migration suite of tools like EZCutover**
