**Channel Sales Representative**
The Channel Sales Representative is responsible for supporting our existing strategic partners and Channel Account Managers in order to expand our net new software sales opportunities through these partners in the South East Asia region. This is a challenging, exciting role that will allow you to leverage your existing Channel experience, sales and technical acumen and situational awareness of a channel partnership.

The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Delivering against a given sales target for a territory set by the Global Channel Sales Director
- Set daily, weekly, monthly activity expectations and then be able to translate these into measurable results
- Identify and accelerate partner seller relationships by building rapport and articulating Blancco value proposition in a way that resonates with the partner
- To be able to onboard new channel partner sellers to generate new business leads and opportunities for regional sales team to follow up.
- Coordinate with partners to deliver effective and relevant product and sales training.
- Support day to day activities of partner requirements
- Support the North America Channel Account Managers on their overall sales plans
- Provide feedback and continuous improvement suggestions to the Global Channel Sales Director and Management Team
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners and holding both parties accountable to the activities defined and follow through
- Ability to forge strong cross-functional internal and external organizational relationships
- Work collaboratively with regional Sales Leaders, direct sellers, Marketing contacts and other business team members.
**Required Sales Skills**:
- Successful track record selling SaaS or a similar software services, preferably security software with global system integrators, value added resellers, and/or managed service providers
- Sense of urgency whilst managing priorities
- Skilled at target account / strategic / solution selling
- Channel experience in enterprise and public sector with an ability to identify teaming opportunities.
- Have had experience and can implement training activity with partners
- Strong written & oral communication skills
- Work cross functionally across various channel technical, marketing, sales teams to ensure success.
- Strong relationship skills (ability to grow rapport quickly).
- Strong sales qualification and pipeline management skills
- Comfortable and willing to develop technical acumen for entire product portfolio
- Proficient in Salesforce.

**This position can be based from home but will require travel 20-30% of the time. This role will report to the Global Channel Director.**
