Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and admin tasks, including manpower resources.
- Assign tasks for the team and ensure that tasks are performed properly and correctly, and daily productivity KPIs are achieved.
- Provide training and guidance to the warehouse team.
- Support daily reporting (inventory, productivity, etc) needs.
- Manage the warehouse premises to ensure the most effective, efficient and safe use of space.
- Handle shipping and transportation arrangements.
- Perform any other task(s) to facilitate warehouse and company’s operations.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or above in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in warehouse and inventory management with supervisory responsibilities. Experience in warehouse material/inventory/asset management will be advantageous.
- Proficient with warehouse procedures, SOPs, 5S, etc
- Strong communication skills, learning ability, and team collaboration.
- Proficient in computer skills i.e. MS Office, warehouse/inventory management systems, etc.
