**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with 0-1 year of experience who is eager to support operational product management tasks and product marketing efforts. You will play a key role in assisting the development and enhancement of our digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth execution of daily activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the product team in managing the product development lifecycle **in an Agile development environment**, from ideation to sprint planning to launch.
- **Assist with research on**industry trends and competitor products to validate problem statements and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring tasks are clearly defined and prioritized.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing and QA teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
- Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to inform product feature development and updates.
- **Develop detailed product requirements and specifications, including user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.**:

- Monitor product performance metrics and assist in preparing reports to track KPIs.
- Support product marketing efforts by coordinating the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and user guides.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of product management concepts and software development processes (e.g., Agile or Scrum).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar project management and design tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering value to users.
- Interest in AI and LLMs is advantageous but not mandatory.
