**Summary**:
We're looking for a UIUX designer to join our team and collect, study, investigate, and evaluate user needs to give the finest online user experience to the users. You'll collaborate closely with the project team to translate product requirements into UX and UI specifications, such as sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, graphic user interfaces, and mock-ups. You'll also be expected to develop the product's overall functionality and iterate on it by user testing to create a magical user experience.

**Main activities/tasks**:

- Identify opportunities to create business value and improve the user experience, based on research; organize opportunities into visually compelling matrices or maps.
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders
- Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to create an innovative and intuitive user experience for the product, following human-centred methodology and design principles and improving upon designs through user testing and customer feedback
- Collaborate with scrum master, product owners, and tech engineers to design & deliver mock-ups, low-fidelity, medium-fidelity, and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive UI/UX prototypes across different phases of the design process
- Develop personas/segmentations based on research findings.
- Create engaging scenarios that describe how user profiles/personas would interact with the design solution to accomplish their goals and meet their needs.
- Create visually compelling representations of the solution’s high-level interaction, navigation, and organization design
- Take responsibility for the justification of designs based on industry design philosophies.
- Provide creative and design inputs to the clients and project team.
- Provide sound advice to stakeholders and team members on the design direction.
- Produce design specifications and documentation relating to the work produced.

**Job Requirements
**Knowledge and skills**
- Experienced in usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping with various tools.
- Knowledge in design fundamentals, such as conceptualising, layout, and design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and oral, and able to articulate and defend design decisions.
- Fearlessly creative and meticulous about the quality of craft and attention to detail
- self-motivated and committed to delivering consistently, independently, or in a team.
- Working knowledge in web technologies such as HTML, CSS & Javascript is an advantage but not a must
- Great organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills in engaging with stakeholders and users, collaborating and team playing
- Excellent communication skills in English

**Education, qualifications, and experience**
- Diploma / Degree in design/communication/advertising/journalism/Media/Psychology or equivalent
- Strong portfolio including user research, personas, sketches, wireframes, digital designs for native apps and web
- At least 3 year experience in designing digital product experiences
- Experience producing UX prototypes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
