**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for developing the 3-year maintenance plan and consulted with the Maintenance Manager, Planner Maintenance, and Supervisor Maintenance to get their input.
- Responsible for identifying whether an asset requires preventive maintenance, based on risk assessments & asset criticality review, regulatory & statutory requirements, standards, maintenance policies, and analysis of the maintenance history.
- Responsible for establishing which default activities, standard procedures, and required tools are needed as part of the preventive maintenance Work orders and consult with the Planner to get his input on the scope of work and default activities.
- Execute the Capex projects in line with applicable company standards such as Management of Change (MOC)
- Identify the Capex required based on the business or sustainability needs of the terminal
- Carry out inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering works and/or the integrity of existing installations or structures, and make recommendations on the remedial works needed to ensure conformance with specifications and regulatory requirements
- Perform maintenance analysis
- Perform relatively simple quality sampling and inspection of assets or processes (or both).
- Responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, equipment, and system failures
- Determine the root cause for equipment and system failures and recommend corrective measures Facilitate internal and external audits as such authorities' audits & customers’ audits

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in the mechanical educational background with at least 5 years experience, minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance experience in a similar industry
- Project & maintenance experience, pipeline inspections, rotating equipment, and lifting activities
- Strong data analysis acumen and ability to transform findings into opportunities for improvement
- Good knowledge of maintenance, operations, safety, and product knowledge, contract/vendor management, Problem Analysis, Judgment & solving
- Advantageous if have experience in managing the technicians -CMMS, KPI Monitoring, and data analysis.
- Those with API1570 pipeline inspections training and corrosion mechanism knowledge are an added advantage
