Regional Business Development Manager Sea Tank

**Aufgaben**
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for all Tank Container Sales and Business Development activities in SEA in coordination with the entire regional and global business;
- Expectation to grow import and export business in SEA;
- Analyzing volumes and customer developments regionally and globally;
- Establishing and keeping contact with key clients in the region and new prospect accounts as well as key vendors;
- Monitoring and executing tender requests of regional customers;
- Develop margin levels for the defined region together with the Regional Sales and Business Development Manager;
- Quoting to clients together with nominated Inside Sales;
- Drive the digital transformation to improve Sales processes;
- Keep close communication with local entities to understand local needs and expectations;
- Direct report to the Regional Sales and Business Development Manager TCCC APAC.
**Profil**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Tank Container industry, ideally in Sales or other customer-centric functions;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, logistics or related field is a plus;
- Strong communication skills in English, ability to communicate proactively. Other Asian language skills are a plus;
- High achieving, ambitious and result-oriented, negotiation skills;
- Must exemplify professionalism and leadership qualities with strong organizational and time management skills;
- Open-mindedness for cross-cultural teamwork and working remotely from the main team members;
- Good process management skills (process automation, digitalization, MS Office).;
- Presentation skills in external meetings.
