JR47521 Intern - Process & Equipment Engineering

Given the chance to join the Alpha Technology department team allows you to learn the development of the latest NAND product in Micron. You will get to touch base with the top leading edge Photolithography processes as well as the most advanced scanners in Singapore.

**Job Scope**:
This internship programme will allow you the opportunity to learn:

- The development of automated monitoring systems or developing a new system for improvement enhancement.
- Using data to develop automated dashboards for process control monitoring.
- Developing new system to improve the productivity of a Photo process engineer
- help in developing algorithm or models to identify trends and correlations that can help with process optimization/improvement
- Collaborate with engineers, operators and management to find opportunities for process improvement and to develop solutions to address any issues identified through the monitoring system

Through this internship, it will provide you with a better insight of the basics process of a photo engineer and their daily job routine.

**Deliverables**:

- Fully functional dashboard that can capture and analyze key process metrics in real-time/near real-time.
- Documentation, user manuals and training materials to help operators and key partners understand how to use the system optimally.
- Presentation to the team on your progress and findings, including visualization and insights from data analysis.
- Responsible for providing solutions and maintenance for the system to ensure it continues to operate efficiently over time.
