Senior SEO Specialist

**We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist**:
We're looking for talented and driven individuals to be a part of our SEO Team that drives several million organic traffic annually. You'll work on exciting cross-team projects with a multicultural team of experts in different areas including content, data, outreach, frontend, and product marketing.

This role will contribute heavily to our content creation and broader marketing strategies and provide an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing industry with other talented professionals.

**Key Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of SEO or relevant experience.
- Proven SEO track records in highly competed for keywords or drastic increase in organic traffic, etc.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic mindset.
- Bachelor's degree - ideally in an analytical field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver organic search strategies to achieve the team's business objectives.
- Take lead on initiatives and projects in cross-functional groups of professionals.
- Inspect structural and technical SEO issues, make complex decisions, and effectively communicate these.
- Identify and drive technical, on-page, and off-page optimisation opportunities.
- Be responsible for business metrics and report on these to senior stakeholders
- Monitor and analyse SEO statistics such as redirects, bounce rate, impressions and clicks, and more.
- Give directions to web developers and content strategists to enhance our website.
- Stay on top of the latest SEO industry trends. Represent the SEO team in internal and external clients.

**Required skills**:

- Proven SEO track records - highly competed for keywords, drastic increase in organic traffic, etc.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic mindset.
- Good understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and schema markup.
- Ability to analyse data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Excellent research skills. Ability to break down a complex problem into smaller pieces and present and communicate it.
- Strong command of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools like STAT, SEMrush, Ahrefs, OnCrawl, Screaming Frog.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English. You should be able to present and obtain buy-in from stakeholders.
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.

**Optional skills**:

- Some experience writing landing pages or blog copy.
- Good understanding of project management - plan and drive projects, understand scopes, stakeholders, and priorities.
- Experience with A/B testing or other testing methodologies.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with SEO in non-English languages.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Proficiency with Google Ads.
- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing.
