**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching**:

- Prepare and deliver laboratory sessions on basic foundations of Chemistry topics.
- Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, and assessments, if need be.
- Utilize diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

**Student Engagement**:

- Provide academic support and mentorship to students.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills through interactive learning.

**Assessment**:

- Administer and grade assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
- Grade students' performance in lab/on-site lab performance.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the laboratory team and course coordinator to ensure experiments align with the course's objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a closely related field.
- **
Experience**:

- Prior teaching experience at the tertiary education level is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in basic biochemistry and related disciplines.
- **
Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing educational technology and learning management systems.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
