**Manufacturing Director**

- You will collaborate with other Senior Management to strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success for the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Profit & loss responsibility with budget planning:

- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
- Supporting operation’s overall business strategy by providing leadership and direction to the operations of the facility, optimizing production
- Lead and improve operations efficiency, production yield and quality
- Providing strong leadership and building a strong, leadership-oriented Management team as well as motivating staff and maintain a trusting, inclusive and productive work environment
- Ensuring the facility provides outstanding products and services to its EMS customers through good quality, competitive costs, and on-time delivery; helping to drive the continuous process improvement
- Implementation of new technologies, developing organizational strength and robustness
- Ensuring facility operation in compliance with company policies and local legislations

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications with a Degree in manufacturing related field (e.g. Engineering, Finance, Business). An advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum 10 years progressive management experience in a manufacturing concern, with a strong focus on managing profitability
- At least 15 years of MNC experience in Operations, Supply chain &/or Engineering
- Proven track record in managing successful and profitable organizations
- Strong ability to plan at both strategic and operational levels
- Ability to build effective partnerships with both internal and external suppliers and partners
- Excellent leadership, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to articulate to customers and to all levels of employees
- Superior negotiation skills
- Strong working and comprehensive manufacturing knowledge, demonstrated competence in lean manufacturing methodologies
