**Job Title**:HFT Portfolio Manager

**Company Overview**:

- Join a former CEO & CTO of a Tier 1 HFT firm to build an HFT business in Indian/Asian markets.
- Client has spent the last 2-3 years building and testing a profitable intraday investor driven MFT business and now is ready to start their phase into HFT.

**Position Summary**:

- This is NOT a opportunity to plug your strategy into an existing infrastructure
- This IS an opportunity to co-create an HFT business line and reap the rewards of it's long term success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage high-frequency trading strategies to drive profitable trading within targeted markets.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to build and optimize the firm's trading infrastructure.
- Analyze market trends in Asia, India, and CME crossover markets, implementing strategies that align with the company's goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as an HFT Portfolio Manager trading in Asian, Indian, or CME crossover markets is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in high-frequency trading, ideally with exposure to the creation or development of trading platforms/strategies
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on long-term strategy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
