**WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO**:

- Monitor regulatory developments, and develop policies and procedures to ensure the company’s compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain regulatory license: (i) regulator liaison, (ii) regulatory reporting and filing, and be a champion of our compliance framework
- Develop systems to track and monitor our regulatory risk, compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Provide advice and support to the management team and staff on compliance-related matters, rules and regulations, internal policies and procedures, cross-border marketing guidelines etc
- Review and validate work done by the business units to ensure quality and adherence to relevant AML/KYC and control requirements
- Periodic review and update the company’s internal policies and product documents to ensure compliance with regulations/laws.
- Scrutinise and test compliance programs and work with Operational teams to develop our risk-based approach, provide constructive feedback and be responsible for resolutions
- Adapt your focus on different compliance issues depending on growth plans and compliance needs
- Take the lead to plan, organize and coordinate with external and internal auditors in periodic audit schedules.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and other initiatives

- Ability to communicate effectively. Able to PRESENT and PERSUADE prospects and internal members through a carefully constructed argument.
