Description

As a Senior Manager in Global Security you will lead UKG’s Singapore Security Operations Center (SOC), part of our Global Security Cyber Defense organization. You will manage 9-12 Security Analysts, take ownership of customers’ escalations during the Singapore business hours and work closely with our other SOC teams (we currently utilize the “follow-the-sun” model) to ensure all cyber security related events impacting our corporate and product environments are responded to in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:
3-5 years in managing/leading cyber security teams (small to mid-size teams) with a proven track record of hiring, onboarding, and professional development
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
Foundational understanding of a broad range of security technologies, including EDR, Network based security controls, Public Cloud Security, SIEM/SOAR, etc.
5 or more years experience:
Working in a SOC and/or performing incident response/incident management
Use case development, correlation search tuning for security event detections, and/or threat hunting
Knowledge of cyber attack stages (e.g., reconnaissance, scanning, enumeration, gaining
access, escalation of privileges, maintaining access, etc) and/or the MITRE ATT&CK framework and general adversarial/defensive security techniques.
Python programming or similar programming language experience
