You will be a part of HPB’s Regional Health & Community Outreach division which strives to advance health promotion efforts in the community setting to reduce Singapore’s burden of diseases.

**Scope**
As a key member of the Regional Health & Community Outreach division’s East Department, you will:

- Lead a team of Health Promotion Managers in the co-creation of Healthy Community Ecosystems in the community and residential settings with other governmental agencies, community partners, healthcare partners and non-profit organisations.
- Lead a matrix team of HPB staff from various other divisions to coordinate and co-create cultural lifestyle programmes, projects and activities focusing on ethnic minority groups in the Malay and Indian Community.
- A proven track record in successfully developing, implementing and executing partnership initiatives, with an understanding of the underlying economics of achieving win-win resolutions or agreements
- Strong leadership qualities and people management skills
- Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and relevant manner to the target audience.
- Effective communication (verbal & written), presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong planning, analytical, business development and project management skills
- Strategic and critical thinking
- Strong collaborative and partnership building skills
- Prior experience in managing portfolios within the public sector, and data analytics will be an advantage
- Prior experience in risk and operations management as well as skills and knowledge in lean management will be an advantage

The individual should also be able to;
- Adapt and independently navigate through new situations and challenges
- Be confident in working with both public and community partners
- Multi-task, handle stressful situations and tight deadlines;
- Motivate and guide your team and demonstrate strong team work; and
- Work well in matrix and highly dynamic teams
