**Responsibilities**:

- Create and conceptualize engaging and persuasive content for social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram
- Write compelling and on-brand copy for paid social media campaigns, ensuring messaging resonates with the target audience and meets campaign objectives.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience insights to inform content development and stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to create visually appealing and cohesive social media posts that effectively communicate key messages.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize future content.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as a Copywriter in a social media agency or similar digital marketing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing style for various social media platforms and target audiences.
- In-depth understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, and the ability to leverage data for content optimization.
