**Description**:

- To ensure products and services are delivered on time and within budget.
- To inspect facilities periodically.
- To determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
- To recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians.
- To hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs, or maintenance (electricians, plumbers, etc.)
- To inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.)
- To contribute to the development of the maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
- To monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
- To participate in the coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
- To adhere to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Qualification**:

- Degree in mechanical engineering

**Work Experience**:

- 15 -20 years of experience in engine overhauling processes, including complex setups and emergencies.

**Job Specific skill**:

- Excellent communication abilities
- Very good people management skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem-solver
- Fluency in English
- PC literacy
