Our client brings together traders from around the globe to buy and sell risk on the widest range of assets anywhere, anytime. As the world's leading financial exchange continues to evolve, they have developed a wide range of educational solutions to help traders at every step of their journey. They now require a product marketeer to help raise financial literacy and enable traders to participate in their chosen markets.

The **Senior Product Marketing Associate** is responsible for creating, managing and delivering an end-to-end marketing plan for a portfolio of educational solutions. Working in close partnership with product and sales executives and the broader marketing and communications team, this individual contributor role is responsible for educating and equipping the organization with integrated go-to-market plans and storytelling.

The Senior Product Marketing Associate will also help drive integrated marketing strategies across a portfolio of global educational resources by developing a deep understanding of their strategic business objectives, positioning and suite of offerings and using that expertise to create differentiated, audience-focused tailored messages that are activated by segment, equipping the group with go-to-market planning, messaging, tools and content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, lead and support integrated go-to-market strategies for a portfolio of educational solutions, activating them across the right channel mix.
- Project manage and influence cross-functional marketing teams to deliver strategic messages and content through relevant internal and external channels.
- Partner with business leads to align marketing plans to strategic business objectives and milestones, meeting regularly with key stakeholders to gather input, and feedback and measure success.
- Build strong relationships among product and sales teams in a highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organization.
- Create meaningful, relevant and compelling narratives for target audiences, supported by tangible proof points.
- Project manage your work, and proactively provide updates to the team and stakeholders.
- Use market trends, and competitor and customer research to shape how you position solutions in the marketplace.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant product marketing experience
- Experience in Fintech, Banking or Financial related sector will be preferred
- Demonstrated experience creating go-to-market strategies including the execution of tactics in a business-to-business marketing environment.
- Naturally, you use intellectual curiosity to connect the dots, arrange complex information gathered from disparate sources and drive results forward meeting deadlines.
- Highly collaborative and can build rapport and credibility quickly with all levels of the group across various locations.
- Successful working in a matrix management organisation structure.
