**What the role is about**

We are looking for a passionate and talented **Senior Designer** who will go that extra mile to transform ideas into powerful and compelling content. Together with our Creative team, you will be helping our F&B clients grow and expand their business online and achieve e-commerce success

As **Senior Designer**, you will be creating engaging campaign creatives and thumb-stopping visuals. This is an excellent opportunity to flex your creative muscles and grow your portfolio. There will never be a dull moment as we work with many exciting and diverse F&B brands.

**What you will do**:

- Deep dive to understand and analyse creative briefs to develop creative solutions to the problems identified
- Take charge of visuals and creatives for our merchants’ campaigns and initiatives, from conceptualisation to production.
- Plan campaign creatives with digital and traditional advertising design formats and specifications
- Formulate and articulate ideas and concepts well with writer and designer teammates
- Crystallise marketing messaging and ensure that all creative collaterals adhere to set messaging and objectives
- Create thumb-stopping and eye-catching visuals by understanding what catches consumers’ attention and keeping abreast of marketing design trends
- Create design systems for brand and campaign communications with longevity, that work well across different touchpoints

**Who we’re looking for**:

- ** Required**: A robust portfolio or examples of design works, showcasing excellence and flexibility in dealing with a variety of briefs
- At least 4 years of professional design experience in the digital industry
- Bachelor’s Degree from institutions such as NAFA, Laselle, NTU, Raffles Design Institute, Glasgow
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), experience with photography/videography and editing is a plus
- Preferably has hands-on experience working with art director
- Prior working experience at an agency would be advantageous
- Possess a good understanding of visual and information hierarchy
- Possess strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Prides themself to be a good communicator, verbal and written
- Disciplined and possess strong project management skills to drive actions and manage multiple content projects simultaneously, specifically deliverable timelines
- Comfortable in working with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
