Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of financial accounting records, AR and AP Management, Reconciliation
- Ensure timely financial reporting for month end and year end
- Participate in year end activities by preparing financial information for audit
- Ability to develop good practices, policies and procedures to ensure proper internal control for Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss
- Analyze and present financial data to Management in timely manner
- Handle any other general office administration

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Aptitude for numbers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- **Able to read/write/converse fluently in Chinese/Mandarin** as this role requires frequent liaising with Chinese counterparts
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel & equipped with IT skills will be preferred
- Work in office in **Changi - Airport Cargo Road**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $3,500.00 per month
