Your proficiency in Java programming, API design principles, and software development best practices will be vital in steering the accomplishments of our projects.

**Mandatory Skill(s)**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
- Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks;
- Hands-on development experience in Java, Microservices, API, etc;
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows;
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex issues;
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to producing high-quality, maintainable code;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Desirable Skill(s)**
- Agile and Cloud experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product managers, and designers to define API specifications and requirements;
- Develop and implement high-quality Java code to create and enhance APIs, ensuring optimal performance and reliability;
- Integrate APIs with external systems, databases, and third-party services, troubleshooting and resolving integration issues as they arise;
- Write comprehensive technical documentation, including API specifications, usage guides, and troubleshooting steps, to facilitate seamless adoption of APIs by internal and external stakeholders;
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and incorporating feedback from others to improve code quality;
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and potential scalability challenges in API implementations;
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests to ensure the reliability and stability of APIs;
- Support and maintain existing APIs by diagnosing and rectifying bugs, performance issues, and other technical challenges.
