**POSITION**:Engineer, ESD (Environmentally Sustainable Design)**

Opportunity to work with multicultural international teams and be involved in large projects for optimizing indoor performance, maximizing energy and water saving, sustaining the environment and obtaining international recognition.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage green building projects independently with mínimal supervision.
- Produce reports, presentations and project submissions.
- Source for materials, products, technical specification and cost.
- Conduct all necessary calculations and simulations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, ETTV/OTTV, energy simulation, wind simulation, daylight simulation, solar radiation simulation, carbon emission, Green House Gas emissions, etc.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, building owners, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
- Conduct physical walk through and detail measurement of the building related to ACMV, lighting, indoor comfort, etc, to analyse building system performance and propose improvement, if needed.
- Support marketing, sales, training, and administrative activities.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Engineering Degree (mechanical, electrical, building science).
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Able to operate CAD, energy simulation, wind simulation, wind driven rain, and daylight software.
- Understanding of building systems particularly in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- Comprehensive experience in Green Mark, LEED, GBI, Greenship, WELL, and other green rating system.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience, including Green Mark Consultancy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,400.00 - $5,000.00 per month
